2021 saw another successful year for VinciWorks. We haven’t simply done more of what we already do so well, we have also added all-new features to our training, such as the ability to build out every aspect of each course in minutes. Our research and development team have built out multiple new Omnitrack use cases and we are constantly adding new features, the most recent being our DocuSign integration. All our hard work was recognised in October when we were acquired by Marlowe PLC.
Here are some of the highlights from 2021.
755,000 courses delivered
Whether or not your business has reverted to in-office working, has continued with a remote-working policy, or somewhere in between, the pandemic taught us the importance of flexibility. Over the past 2 years, e-learning has supplanted nearly all classroom training. Companies that traditionally ran in-person compliance training have moved over to online learning for good.
9,000 downloads of free guides, templates and on-demand webinars
From anti-bribery policies to modern slavery statement templates, our subscribers continue to benefit from hundreds of free compliance resources.

170 published blogs and articles
Our content team has worked tirelessly to publish regular articles offering guidance on the most relevant compliance topics. Our most-read topics of 2021 are GDPR, anti-money laundering, anti-harassment, and health and safety in the office.
35 new courses
2021 saw our course development team create a whole new way to customise your training. Admins can now build out an entire course in minutes. This began with the release of our new code of conduct course that allowed admins to build out every aspect of their staff’s training, including which modules to include and any text changes you would like to make. The revolutionary course editor also allows you to add your company’s branding, such as a logo and company’s colours.
Our Omnitrack team has developed our integration capabilities to allow organisations to integrate their training with reporting requirements. This means staff can make all their compliance declarations while completing the course, saving both staff and admins valuable time.

In October, VinciWorks proudly announced that they had been acquired by Marlowe plc, the UK leader in business-critical services and risk & compliance software. Marlowe, a London Stock Exchange listed company with a market cap of around £700m, brings significant resources, complementary products and operating expertise to help VinciWorks expand its risk and compliance offering. VinciWorks has and will continue operating in the same way and under the same name as we always have.
